We're currently offering a Cancel-For-Any-Reason policy (up to 48 hours before your trip) for a 50% cancellation fee. In other words, if the total price of your villa reservation is $5,000, you may cancel up to 48 hours before arrival and receive 50% of your payments back, or $2,500.
In the event of a force majeure such as a fire, earthquake, hurricane, flood or other circumstances outside the control of a party causing damage to the property preventing the guest from obtaining normal use of the villa, all payments will be refunded to the guest. In the event of a force majeure causing the guest to be vacated from the villa, the unused portion of the vacation on a pro-rata basis will be refunded to the guest. In the event of an official hurricane warning in force for Turks and Caicos within 48 hours of the guest’s scheduled arrival, we’ll waive the cancellation penalty and change the reservation to a future date.
To best protect your reservation payments, we highly recommend cancel for any reason (CFAR) trip insurance which you can purchase online from brokers like insuremytrip.com.
